People talk a lot about "purpose" and finding it. I think a key element you need is a deep understanding of the impact you want to make. As Black creatives we have a powerful ability to make an impact with our work--whether it is in art, business, or any other endeavor--that ripples out into community, societal, and world change.
In this episode I share why impact is such an important part of pursuing your work, the blindspots you can fall into that can lead you off course, and how to make sure you are in alignment with the impact you are truly meant to have on people and the world.
